Email Subscription Terms
What you receive from the FLUX newsletter and waitlist, how often, and how to stop it at any time.
Last updated
FLUX has two separate email lists: the newsletter and the waitlist. Joining one never adds you to the other, and leaving one does not affect the other.
The newsletter#
What you get: product updates, security research and development progress from the FLUX team.
How often: usually no more than a few emails a month. An important security notice may be sent when it is needed.
How you subscribe: you enter your address and tick the box agreeing to receive the newsletter — your consent is a separate, explicit choice, never hidden in other terms. We then send one confirmation email. Nothing else is sent until you open the link in it (the link works for 48 hours). If you do not confirm, we send nothing more, and the address is deleted 30 days after the link expires.
It is optional. Subscribing is never a condition for using FLUX, the website or the waitlist.
The waitlist#
What you get: a confirmation email when you join, and emails about your early access to FLUX — your invitation, and, if needed, essential updates about early access (for example a change in timing). The waitlist does not receive the newsletter.
Leaving#
- Every email has an Unsubscribe link. One click is enough; mail apps that support it also show their own unsubscribe button.
- Leaving takes effect immediately. Emails already on their way may still arrive in the following minutes.
- Your address is deleted within 30 days after you leave. You can also ask us to delete it right away: Support@bash-soft.com.
What we do with your address#
We use it only to send the emails described here. We do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or add it to other lists. Our email delivery provider handles it on our behalf. Details, including your rights, are in the Privacy Policy.
Changes#
If these terms change in a way that matters for subscribers, we tell you by email before the change takes effect, and you can leave at any time.
